TRNCHub exists because finding a flat, a job or a decent electrician in Northern Cyprus still means trawling through a dozen Facebook groups and half-abandoned classified sites.
Why we built it
We started in 2024 as a rental site. It worked — but the questions people actually asked us kept spilling past property. Where can I get a residence permit photo? Is anyone hiring English speakers in Kyrenia? Which garage won’t overcharge me?
Those answers were scattered across group chats and word of mouth. So we rebuilt the whole thing as TRNCHub: four connected sections covering property, jobs, news and local businesses, all searchable from one place.
How we keep it honest
Every listing is reviewed before it goes live. Agencies and businesses can earn a verified badge by confirming their trade licence. Reviews are moderated, and we remove listings the moment they’re let, sold or filled — a directory full of dead links helps nobody.
What we don’t do
We don’t take a cut of your rent, we don’t sell your details to agencies, and we don’t bury real listings under paid placements you can’t tell apart. Featured listings are labelled as featured.
