What this site is
TRNCHub is a platform that connects people. We advertise property, jobs and businesses on behalf of the people who submit them.
We are not an estate agent, a recruitment agency or a broker. We are not party to any agreement you reach with a landlord, seller, employer or business you found here. We take no commission and hold no client money.
Listings are not verified facts
We review every listing before publishing it, but we cannot independently verify every claim. Prices, sizes, availability and features are provided by whoever submitted the listing.
Always view a property in person, always check the title deed or tenancy agreement, and never transfer money before you have done both.
If you submit a listing
You confirm that:
- You own the property, job or business, or have permission to advertise it
- The details are accurate and current
- The photos are of the actual property or business
- You will tell us when it is no longer available
We remove, without notice, anything that is duplicated, misleading, discriminatory, fraudulent, or that asks applicants for money.
If you have an account
Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
We may suspend an account that abuses the site, posts fraudulent listings, or harasses other users.
Reviews and comments
Write about your own genuine experience. Do not post reviews of your own business, reviews of competitors, or anything abusive, defamatory or untrue. We moderate before publishing and we remove anything that breaks these rules.
We do not remove reviews simply because a business dislikes them.
Content you post
You keep ownership of your text and photos. By submitting them you give us permission to display them on the site and in related promotion. You can withdraw that by asking us to remove your listing.
Liability
We provide the site as it is. We do not guarantee it will be available without interruption, and we are not liable for any loss arising from a transaction you enter into with someone you found here.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
